The Condominium Apartments

SaltPonds Condominium buildings were completed and first occupied in early 2000. There are 168 units, all with the same original floor plan, located in three buildings; two buildings are joined by breezeways at each level and one building is stand-alone. Each unit’s air-conditioned living space is 772 square feet plus a 60 sq. ft. balcony. The split floor plan has a bedroom and bathroom on each side, with kitchen and living area in between. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and private bath with linen closet. The second bath has a washer/dryer closet and may be entered from the foyer or the 2nd bedroom. Every unit has an individual, ground floor, storage space; some units include a covered parking space. 

Each unit has a storage room on the ground floor. Some units have covered parking space.

Swimming Pool and Spa

 
The swimming pool and jetted spa are a central gathering place for residents and their guests. Here they enjoy socializing, sunning, soaking in the hot tub, or swimming in the ocean-blue pool. The spacious, fenced deck is furnished with tables, chairs, and loungers. The pool house is equipped with restrooms and an outdoor shower. Food and beverages may be enjoyed at the pool, but with no glass containers, for safety. 

 

Tennis Court and Lush Tropical Grounds

Enjoy a game of tennis day or night at the full-size, lighted tennis court or a meal at the picnic table in the private park; stroll around the tropically landscaped grounds; stop to rest in the wooden gazebo or cross the connected bridge over the rainwater-retention pond; watch the egrets, iguanas, and other wildlife. A large nature and wildlife sanctuary surrounds two sides of the grounds. It’s a beautiful place to live and play.

Security, Maintenance, and Management

Safety, security, and excellent property maintenance are priorities. There are security cameras strategically located throughout the commonly-owned property areas. All buildings and condo. units are equipped with fire alarms and a sprinkler system, with multiple smoke alarms in each apartment. Landscaping maintenance is performed by a professional company, and Saltponds Condominiums Association has its own maintenance and cleaning crew dedicated to keeping the buildings and entire property well maintained and clean. The resident manager supervises, manages, and is easily available in an on-site business office, allowing carefree living for the residents.
